Langland Bay Manor is a 19th century, Grade 2 listed building built in the Scottish Baronial style. Originally known as Llan-y-Llan the imposing building was originally built as a summer residence and then converted into a hotel. Recently this imposing building was converted into luxury apartments and renamed Langland Bay Manor.

The gated property offers secure private parking for residents and visitors, mature landscaped gardens and views of Langland Bay.

Located on the ground-floor, accessed from the far end of the car park (west side of the property) this spacious 1 bedroom apartment offers plenty of space to relax at the end of the day.

The apartment is light and airy with high ceilings, full-length sash-windows and tasteful muted décor. The comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs and dining set is a comfortable and relaxing space to wind down after a full-day exploring the Gower.

In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals including oven, hob, microwave and coffee machine. Outside there is a numbered parking space close to the entrance of the apartment. The path from the parking lot to the apartment is flat with no steps and access is via a digital smart-key.

The extensive landscaped communal gardens offers a BBQ and seating area as well as additional benches on the grass. From the gardens you will hear the waves on the shore and catch glimpses of the beach and sea through the trees, beyond the beach huts.
